Well, I bought Wyndham Collection Miranda 42-in White Undermount Single Sink Bathroom Vanity with White Quartz Top and also ExBrite Ethos 36-Inches x 32-Inches Lighted LED Fog Free Surface/Recessed Mount Silver Mirrored Rectangle Soft Close Medicine Cabinet with Outlet with stories. After 1 month of installing the sink and mirror, I put a leather serium inside the mirror and accidentally fell into the sink. This caused the sink to crack. The quality of the sink is terrible. So I went to the store to ask for help. The attendants don't know what to do with the situation and treat me as if I were the one "to blame" for the quality of the sink being terrible. Furthermore, the manager, after thinking and suggesting unfeasible and clueless solutions, said he couldn't do anything because it was my fault. Yes, it was my fault, but after paying $1300, I expected the sink to be of good quality and it is not. I left without a solution because the manager said he couldn't help and I lost $1300!!

We have been working on a major home project involving a significant water leak. Along the way, I have been assisting my contractors by securing various materials. My house is 25 years old and much of the moulding, trim, baseboards, and other woodwork is very difficult to match up. Your Associate, Dean, has now helped me twice. Each time, Dean took his time === thoughtfully and carefully guiding me to materials that would work beautifully in our home. His expertise has been invaluable. He also reassured me that our approach to several problems is correct. Anyway, Dean has been just wonderful and given us great peace of mind that we can get this done. Employees like Dean are why people want to shop at Lowe's and most importantly, why they want to return. I've had bad experiences in other places and just want you to know that because of Dean (and hopefully, others like him), my family will be back. Again and again. Thank you for having such a gracious, kind and knowledgeable associate!! We really appreciate it.

Lowes is normally my 1st point of contact for home improvement or jobs around the home! Most of the time I can find what I'm looking for! This time I was making a new seat for the golf cart that deteriorated and needed to find the anchors that go in the plywood for the screws to hold the seat handle in place! A Great place for your 1st stop!!!

I always prefer Lowes compared to Home Depot. I always have bad experience in Home Depot when it comes to their customer service. They show the least interest and attitude in helping you out. Kinda feel like you bothered them by asking something. Lowe's customer service is excellent. You always find someone helping you out happily if you need anything. They go the extra mile to do so. Very friendly, kind and welcoming for questions. Lowe's has the best customer service compared to any other stores here. It makes me feel happy to go to Lowes always.

Bought a bidet from here, unfortunately I got the rounded instead of elongated. I went to return it few hours later, and well it was unfortunate to find out that they wouldn't take return back due to being opened. $120 down the drain 😔. I am not sure why next time I should choose to shop locally when I can just get it from Amazon with better return experience.
Anyways if you see this be very careful on such items they will not accept opened items and they do not give any warnings or notice during checkout.
