My parents had their basement flood recently and their carpets were soaked! Michael came over quickly, assessed the damage and explained the cleaning process thoroughly. My parents appreciated the transparency and the detailed information provided about what to expect. The cleaning itself was impressive. He utilized advanced equipment and techniques to ensure that not only was the carpet cleaned, but any potential mold and odors were eliminated. Michael worked efficiently and took great care to protect the surrounding areas. After the cleaning, the carpet looked and smelled fantastic! It felt like a brand new carpet.

He saved our house from a catastrophic main pipe break which flooded the basement. He also dried and re-stretched carpet after a flood in our rental house few years ago. I called Michael's Carpet Cleaning needing a quick cleaning to deal with a pet stain. Despite it being late in the day, Michael was able to fit me in and did a fantastic job taking care of the stain. He is very easy to work with, takes care with his work and will answer any questions. The price was reasonable and I would recommend to anyone.
