I asked some neighbors to recommend a carpet cleaner. They raved over Mike so I gave him a call. Mike came out a few days later and did a very thorough job cleaning. After carpets dried, some pet urine stains (from previous owner) slightly returned. Mike came back the following day and re-treated the stains with an Organic Urine Stain remover and stains practically disappeared. I will definitely recommend Mike to all my friends and family.

Mike is a great guy and has been cleaning our carpets/rugs for years. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and has consistently done an excellent job. Our dog recently got sick and urinated all over our landing. Mike was able to remove all of the stains, but the odor lingered. When Mike followed up about the job, I told him about the odor. He came back for free to clean and deodorize the landing and stairs. As usual, he delivered incredible customer service. He cares about his customers and always provides 100% satisfaction!
