I visited this restaurant recently with my sister, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Our server, who had sparkles in her hair, brought our food, but my dish had a hair in it. That was unsettling, but what followed was even worse.
When it came time to pay, the server insisted I tip more money, openly expressing dissatisfaction with her wages. As someone who also works in food service, I completely empathize with how tough this industry can be—I’ve often gone above and beyond for customers and walked away with nothing. Still, I gave her the $10 I had, which was all I could afford at the time, and left.
Later, the restaurant contacted me and apologized, saying they’d refund my money. When I returned, instead of refunding the $10, they offered free food. I appreciate the gesture, but when I needed the money, it didn’t feel like the right resolution.
Unless you're ready to tip generously, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. This experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer.

Decided to get a sushi roll during lunch meeting but really wanted one that deviated from menu. Delighted the chef made it exactly the way I wanted. Sushi 🍣 was perfectly fresh and delicious! Friendly and fast service too! *Update: Returned with a friend the following evening for dinner and was not disappointed. Beef Massama Curry and Teriyaki Deluxe dishes were generous and on point. Will return!

We order from them regularly. Hour and a half wait on Christmas eve for pick up, which makes total sense. Everyone and their mother was eating out, and they were hustling and keeping everyone fed. 5 stars every time, but extra appreciative that they kept slinging that amazing food on the holiday. Thanks again for your service.

I had the pad Thai, best I’ve ever had. The prices were reasonable and the taste wasn’t lacking. The sesame chicken is great. I’d also recommend having the chicken teriyaki as a starter!

We have enjoyed the culinary delights of Pacific Spice since they opened their doors in Forsyth County. Their sushi is EXCELLENT and always fresh. Their Sushi chef is the BEST and most creative in the area. Their menu is pure awesomeness from the perspective that there is something for everyone. Thai, Chinese, or Sushi....we love this place.
